Michael Page Middle East recruits at all levels of experience from Junior to Director level. The Dubai office is located in (the fancy) DIFC and counts 70 consultants across multiple practice areas like Banking & Financial Services, Digital/Tech, Engineering, or Emiratisation. You will join the Finance & Accounting division and support the biggest finance team of the region.
Description
Taking Job Briefs for active positions and asking accurate questions to target the right candidates for the right opportunities.Actively supporting the team on sourcing, assessing and briefing candidates.Putting together high-level information packs for candidates to better understand the client, role and job market in the region.Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role you will be working on and updating the records of active candidates on our recruitment database.Managing interview processes between clients and candidates .Writing job advertisements and supporting on various administrative tasks.
Profile
Applicants shall have a valid residency/student visa (sponsorship by parent, spouse or University).Outstanding English communication skills – verbal and written.A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Human Resources or Sales is required.Prior experience in finance, sales, HR/recruitment would be a strong asset.Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure and to work as a part of a team as well as work autonomously.
