Review architectural and civil plans and prepare quantity needs.
Perform quantity take-off.
Provide cost estimate of materials.
Prepares architectural and civil specifications and bill of quantities for projects.
perform quantity verification and review of existing BOQs.
prepare and analyses project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time.
المهارات
Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or engineering.
Experience of 5 to 7 years in cost estimation (mandatory).
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
must have previous experience as QS in a consultancy firm.
