Quality Assurance and Quality Control professional, providing to Clients with Excellence of Accuracy of
design, procurement and Construction for value for money. To expand and utilize my knowledge in international & Saudi Aramco standards & specifications regarding Designing, Procurement and constructions the best interests of the organization and myself.
المهارات
Preparation of Project Quality Plan according to project & Saudi Aramco requirements.
Assessment and Implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan and Quality Control Plan
on site
Ensure the project QA/QC plan follow the Specification and contract requirements
Controlling and maintaining file system of quality department related to ISO 9001.
Prepare Internal/External audit schedule and implement.
Selection of Quality personnel and to proposed them in Saudi Aramco as QA/QC
personnel.
To monitor QC Inspectors for RFI (request for inspection) for client inspection for
completed activities.
To review inspection reports, checklists, two weeks inspection look ahead schedule, etc.
for client approval and references.
Review of special work procedures and work execution procedure to check the
compliance with client’s requirement.
Reporting both verbally and in writing any non-conformance observed.
Attend weekly projects progress meeting, to discuss the projects execution and inspection
activities.
Coordination with client inspection team to resolve quality related issues, inspections
with all the site, subcontractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site
Responsible to coordinate, control and monitor all quality control/inspection activities at
