Our client is a Furniture company. They are now looking for an operations Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory levels for our brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce platform, ensuring that we have the right products in the right quantities to meet customer demand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Oversee the logistics of delivering products to customers, including scheduling and routing of deliveries, managing warehouse operations, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
- . Manage the customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
