HR Executive – Jeddah (KSA)
Job Description:
- Maintain HRMS records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) and meet all employment requirements.
- Manage HR events, employee engagement programs, feedback & surveys etc.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
- Provide payroll processing support including GOSI related etc.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process, publish and remove job ads, perform background checks,
and issue employment contracts.
- Issue NOC’s, salary letters, and other letters employees request occasionally.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other functions as assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Proven 3-4 years; of experience as an HR Executive or relevant human resources position.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Candidates with FMCG/Food & Beverage companies experience will be prioritized
- Must be a Saudi National
