HR Executive – Jeddah (KSA)

Job Description:

  • Maintain HRMS records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) and meet all employment requirements.
  • Manage HR events, employee engagement programs, feedback & surveys etc.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Provide payroll processing support including GOSI related etc.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process, publish and remove job ads, perform background checks,

and issue employment contracts.

  • Issue NOC’s, salary letters, and other letters employees request occasionally.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other functions as assigned.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven 3-4 years; of experience as an HR Executive or relevant human resources position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Candidates with FMCG/Food & Beverage companies experience will be prioritized
  • Must be a Saudi National
