The Candidate

The ideal candidate will efficiently and quickly write PHP code in a timely and scalable way in order to improve the code-base of the company’s product in meaningful ways.

This candidate will be able to own independently specific task from beginning to end, including initial test code making adjustments where necessary and will be experienced in contributing to the whole software design lifecycle.

We are looking for a seasoned programmer with 5+ years of hands on experience and since we are not using any framework we are interested in ‘’vanilla coders’’.

Fluent English is a must.

About the job

As a dedicated full stack developer with deep experience in PHP you will become responsible for building part of the back end and front end powering our platform. You will get full ownership to improve, operate and maintain certain functional domains of the application (think about features related to authentication, commerce, security and customer support).
You will be creating modules to expand progressively our capabilities
Maintenance and enhancement of existing frontend and backend solution.
Its a full time job from Monday- Friday

Requirements

Experience in working with PHP framework and PHP 7 & 8 versions.
High level of knowledge of Laravel framework.
Understanding of good OOP practices (SOLID, DDD).
MySql, SQL, Javascript, HTML, MongoDB experience
passing a custom test checking theoretical and practical experience with at least 50% success
Strong HTML and CSS foundations a must, preferably with some experience working with Tailwind. Although, this not the core of the job and from time to time will be needed to perform front end tasks.
Having worked in a similar position for at least 5 years and demonstrable skills
Infrastructure management is a plus
Participating in business meetings to fully grasp and understand team's goals.
Jira familiarity

Ability to work in a smaller team
A practical can-do mentality, with strong ability to get things done.
