As the Senior Consultant you will lead on activities in the MENA area, deal with clients and have the experience to manage a team of staff reporting to you on a daily basis.

A large European hospital group that has ambitious plans to continue expanding in the MENA region, with a number of exciting projects in the pipeline to significantly expand their reach.
Description
Provide strategic advisory on hospital operations and healthcare business managementResponsible for managing a team consultants and multiple staff on site across the regionLeverage your experience of working in the region and use this to contribute to business development activitiesPlaying a leading role in the establishment and set-up of healthcare training center of excellenceDesign, develop and deliver on large projects across the region, including the co-ordination of complex and competing workstreamsRegular periods of working directly with the highest levels of government, whilst carefully managing relationships at all levels
Profile
Must have an undergraduate degree from a top – tier international university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, or similarArabic is essentialWilling to travel extensively across region to sites in KSA, Kuwait, Iraq, Egypt, etcMinimum 10 years of experience from either a multinational consulting firm or large healthcare industry provider focusing on hospital operations and business performanceCan provide strategic advisory on business management alongside the ability to deliver on implementation of strategic initiativesBuild and foster relationships with internal and external relevant stakeholders at all levels to contribute as required in the development and delivery of projects
