Light Vehicle Driver (Manual License) | Al Futtaim Automotive | Al Futtaim Logistics

Overview of the role

We are currently looking for Light Vehicle Driver to work for Al Futtaim Logistics in the UAE. Al-Futtaim Logistics has a mission of delivering the highest level of service, quality and efficiency as the region’s leading Logistics Provider.

As a Light Vehicle Driver your task is to move new vehicles from location to location, without damage and whilst adhering to all current company policies. You will drive a light vehicles and trucks up to 3.0T throughout the UAE. You will also be responsible to port clearance, picking, binning, scanning, fueling of new units and all quality related tasks.

What you will do

Must have a Light vehicle UAE manual driving license category 3 or category 3 & 5.
Must be experienced in driving truck up to 3.0T
Has good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules and regulations.
Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Driver preferably worked in a huge transportation yard
Has the ability to speak, read and write in English and preferably some basic Arabic speaking & writing skills.

Required skills to be successful

UAE driving license No.3 is mandatory, License 5 will be an advantage
License should be minimum 2 years old
At least 2 years’ experience
Basic English communication skills (Read and Write) as the role involved Yard Logistics activities (Smart Yard Management)

What equips you for the role
