KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that is focused on delivery products that enable our sales and commercial teams to deliver.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development. Customer in this case is primarily our commercial teams.
  • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve the experience for users and drive growth.
  • Be the expert for our products, including the value proposition, key features, the business goals, KPIs and user journeys we need to contemplate to deliver with speed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, design, sales, ad operations) to bring product to market and ensure sales revenues are met.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on market opportunity, customer demand and business goals.
  • Drive product launches, and analyze product performance, provide insights and recommendations for future product direction.
  • Manage product lifecycle, from development to end-of-life.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and positive rapport while working directly with clients and internal and external development teams.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

المهارات

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (project management and/or a technical degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Graphics). Project Management certification is a plus.
  • A solid and proven track record of product management experience.
  • Previous experience in gaming / VR industry a plus.
  • Strong understanding of technology, design and product development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous experience in golf industry is a plus, however not mandatory.
