Accountabilities & Key Roles :

  • Apply IT information security policies and best practices adopted by Arab Bank to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT infrastructure.
  • Improve on IT Security policies based on security standards appropriate to Arab Bank IT Security requirements and environment.
  • Implement, monitor and improve adherence to IT related Information Security Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines across all countries.
  • Participate in Security policies update and development.
  • Maintain Network security posture in Arab Bank and participate in review and update Network devices Technical Controls.
  • Perform short listed reviews of administrators’ most critical and exception-based actions on databases, Platforms, and Networks.
  • Handle related auditors interactions, closure of IT security related findings and supporting centers in this regard.
  • Escalate IT related Security Breaches .
  • Assist in promoting information security awareness.
  • Provide direct training to IT information security employees.
  • Ensure Information Security tasks are performed and escalate exception-based cases.
  • Initiate and promote activities to create information security awareness within the IT.
  • Provides advice & consultation on internal reviews of critical application and network security plans and coordinate requirements between related parties.
  • Maintain a complete security incident (IT related only) reporting mechanisms, along with clear investigations & resolution actions.
  • Work actively to close all related audit findings.
  • Monitor the information security review tasks to ensure that appropriate information security control levels are maintained.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Graduated degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Engineering / Computer Science) or any related field.
  • Recognized relevant professional certification.

Experience:

  • 9+ years in IT technical positions in a major financial institution or in a banking solutions vendor, of which at least 2 years in a similar security or IT administration position
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of information technology security principles and practices.
  • Moderate to expert knowledge in Network administration.

Competencies:

  • Managerial and Supervisory Skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly organized

Accountabilities & Key Roles :

  • Perform Systems’ Analysis for small to medium IT Solutions/Systems.
  • Study business requirements and participate in selection the cost effective ones.
  • Implement SDLC in his/her related field.
  • Play the role of technical reference for the junior development specialists.
  • Development and coding of new Systems/Solutions.
  • Implementation/Configuration of new packages and solutions.
  • Testing the Systems/Solutions.
  • Maintenance/modifications and enhancements to current Systems.
  • Handle any technical and other assignments from the PM or the technical lead.
  • Provide support to Hubs or ITCs in countries and other clients.
  • Operate & maintain Centralized Systems.
  • Participate in introduction of cost-effective tools to monitor the IT Systems.
  • Receive & close incidents from HUB/ITCs.
  • Perform work as per IT PnP.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Graduated degree in Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineer and Computer Engineer from a recognized University.

Experience:

  • Up to 5 years experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Competencies:

  • V. Good knowledge in programming & SDLC.
  • Good level in Systems’ Analysis.
  • Very Good in English.
  • Good team player.
  • Good Documentation Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Good know-how in the Banking business.

Accountabilities & Key Roles:

  • Prepare the planned audit procedures.
  • Perform audit assignments in accordance with the audit program.
  • Prepare audit reports covering results and recommendations based on audit findings.
  • Obtain proper data and evidence that supports observations and opinions.
  • Conduct audit assignments in the field, and perform audit procedures to the extent appropriate, including identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, preparing work papers and checklists, and documenting audit findings and recommendations.
  • Provide supervision, counseling and on-the-job coaching promptly to audit staff.
  • Review all audit work and ensure documentation of audit evidences, findings and conclusion.
  • Prepare draft audit reports.
  • Review and discuss audit findings and recommendations to be taken with the audit manager.
  • Analyze data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, extravagance, fraud and non-compliance.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CIA or other equivalent professional certificate is preferable.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in Internal Auditing.

Competencies:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in planning and executing assignments and in handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven skill in negotiating issues and resolving problems.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, & communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Good knowledge in best practices and standards.
  • Technology and digital skills.
