Reporting to Team Lead
Job Location Abu Dhabi.
Responsible for achieving annual budget, profit, strategies of the product line.
• Acquiring & updating knowledge on company & competitor’s product portfolio.
• Mapping market competition / condition in regular intervals, reporting the ground-reality to the sales
management and align the strategies inline to the trend.
• Collecting & preparing list of potential customer from the company resources or through social media
platform.
• Managing activities in key accounts of the region through CRM and spearheading account management
efforts by organizing regular review meetings to achieve optimum client satisfaction on the company product
& services.
• Meeting stakeholders’ regularly (end users, project site personnel, consultants, contractors and government
department officials) for establishing relationship and increasing the enquiry level for both standard & tailor-
made products.
• Delivering high-impact product presentation to stakeholders for bagging new project orders.
• Create new enquiries and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline.
• Meeting the existing key customers regularly for ensuring routine business.
• Visiting sites, interpreting application requirements, discussing the challenge with customer & proposing
solution with company product & services.
• Preparing/managing techno-commercial quotations to the customers, negotiate price & terms, and execute
the orders.
• Organizing the delivery of the product, Installation & after sales support.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Preparing monthly sales & expense reports and presenting to the segment management.
• Promoting the company’s products and services by representing the company at events, seminars & trade
shows.
المهارات
- Young and dynamic Project Sales Engineer with minimum 8 yrs. work exp in UAE.
- Exp in Abu Dhabi region and exp in sales of pumps to for Commercial buildings Project / Villa projects is must
- Should have good sales record of at least AED 3 million to AED 4 million.
- Should be an engineering graduate.with a UAE Driving License
- Salary Budget: AED 12K + car + petrol + salik + yearly ticket + medical.
