الوصف الوظيفي
1. Responsible for the maintenance of medium and vip in the Middle East, and promptly handle and follow up the demands of vip.
2. Be responsible for the conversion of vip’s recharge method, and guide vip to recharge through proxy recharge, so as to increase the coverage of proxy recharge.
3. Responsible for the game penetration of vip, and promote vip to play games in the terminal.
3. Plan recharge activities, and promptly encourage vip to participate in activities to increase recharge according to the recharge situation and social relations.
4. Timely and properly resolve vip recharge and other problems, and be able to maintain the relationship between the official and vip and the relationship between the active vip.
5. Be responsible for the recharge and conversion performance of vip, and complete the recharge and conversion goals in a timely and effective manner.
المهارات
1. Native Arabic speaker, working location: Dubai
2. More than one year of working experience in voice/live broadcast/social products, experience in maintaining vip users and resources are preferred.
3. Good maintenance and recharge conversion ability, flexible and aggressive thinking, responsible for performance.
4. Good at coordinating and resolving conflicts, strong communication ability and steady personality.
5. Possess excellent sales ability and team management ability.
