Junior Accountant

Examine account and system-related reports of the organization to make accurate assessments.
Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
Facilitate a smooth yearly audit process through an independent evaluator by providing accurate transactions and balances of the company.
Understand and perform the financial closing activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments. Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly. Ensure all financial records are correctly recorded in the company ERP system. Manage and request petty cash for all local requirements. Liaise with local suppliers regarding invoices / SOA / payments and ensure monthly reconciliations are completed. Ensure all cash is regularly deposited to the bank account and reconcile with sales reports. Support HR to ensure correct allocation of heads in restaurants as per budget adhoc reporting and analytical requirements as requested

Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Finance sector.
CA or CMA intermediate preffered.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Adroit soft skills to enable fluent in-house operations and maintain strong partner relationships.
Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.
Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
Ability to handle relevant software like Microsoft Suite, ERP system for efficient preparation of reports and statements.
