Our client has evolved into a diversified portfolio of businesses across Automotive, Retail, Real Estate and are looking to hire an HRIS Business Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

System configuration experience in Core HR, Checklist, Journeys, Absences, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and HCM analytics with multi-country implementation experience is preferred.

المهارات

3-5 years Oracle HCM experience in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Learn, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and other modules like Helpdesk.
Experience of HR processes from a business context.
Should have completed one full Oracle HCM cloud implementation project.
