.The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the accounts for all regions, ensuring monthly accounts closure, and managing payable/general ledger entries/accounts receivables. Additionally, the Finance Manager will implement inventory disciplines across regions, manage cash flows, and supervise Chief Accountants from each region who will be reporting to him.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger

entries, and monthly accounts closure for all regions

• Implement inventory disciplines across regions and ensure accurate inventory management

• Manage cash flows and forecast future financial performance

• Supervise Chief Accountants from each region and provide guidance and support as needed

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting principles and

regulatory requirements

• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations

• Able to work in front line/shop floor and set the process and financial discipline

المهارات

• Qualification required will be CA or CA intermediate with 5 years’ experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of retail supermarket/hypermarket experience in a similar role.

• Experience in SAP preferred

• Experience in managing accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and inventory management

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Age between 30-35 years

Salary Range : Aed 12 to 15k per month
