Technical Engineer

Job Description:

– Responsible for IT Security presales activities working closely with the Sales Team.

– Product presentation and technical deep diving to prospects, customers, and partners.

– Conducting and documenting successful PoCs and live demos of IT security solutions.

– Addressing RFP/RFQ responses in an extensive, formally excellent, and timely manner.

– Good technical skills and understanding of implementing security solutions.

– Keeping a healthy and positive relationship with key customers and partners, meeting them regularly and keeping them up to date with the latest    product releases and new features.

– Participate in IT security events, exhibitions, and events, also as a public speaker.

– Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical.

Skills:

– 1-3 experience in the IT field (Cyber security is a plus). And security, IT auditing, controlling, analyzing, and reacting to cybersecurity threats using a reliable set of processes and technology solutions is a plus.

– Computer & Communications Engineering, IT, Information Security or relevant degree.

– Ability to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.

– Be a highly motivated self-starter, self-learning and training attending.

– Candidate have the ability to travel and relocate

– Fluent in both Arabic and English languages
