Full Job Description

We are looking for specialist on digital marketing to manage, coordinate, implement and lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance.

DIGITAL MARKETING/LEAD GENERATION

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and generate high-quality leads.

· Use search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising (such as Google Ads or social media ads) to increase website traffic and drive conversions.

· Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience and build brand awareness.

· Conduct market research to understand the target audience and competitors, and use insights to inform marketing strategy.

· Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

· Generate and maintain a database of high-quality leads and use lead scoring to prioritize and qualify leads based on their level of engagement and likelihood to convert.

Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ø At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.

Ø Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software and other marketing tools and platforms.

Ø Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages, developing email campaigns, and using social media platforms for lead generation.

Ø Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and practices.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Ø Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Ø Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions.

Ø Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns and generating high-quality leads.

Ø Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
