Position Title: Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED depending on experience and qualifcaiton, plus accommdation, duty meal, and transportation
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An upscale 5-star hotel based in Deira Dubai
Job Description:
- Run and supervise any of the assigned kitchen sections within the required standards set by the Head Chef.
- Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service while managing good stock and proper waste control are practiced throughout the kitchen
- Pay high attention to details and quality of all outgoing cooked food from the kitchen to execute high standard of efficiency
- Supervise cleanliness and organization of the designated section
- Delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices to support them in their development as per the need of Sous Chef being his immediate superior

Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino nationals
- 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years’ experience as CDP
- Immediate joiners will be prioritzied
