الوصف الوظيفي
Experience
Ø Minimum 3 years’ experience (Two Years of experience in UAE), with reputed Companies.
Qualification
- Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate
- Good Knowledge of Excel
- Good Knowledge of Accounting Software.
Responsibilities
Ø Analyze, reconcile, and consolidate vouchers and maintain General Ledger and subsidiary accounts.
Ø Bank Related- Includes Cheque Preparation, Posting, PDC Maintenance and reconciliations.
Ø Accounts Receivables – Preparation, Reconcile and analysis of debtor aging reports and Follow up with concerned Staff.
Ø Accounts Payable- Posting, Reconciliation, scrutinization, and verification of supplier invoices and other supporting documents.
Ø Payroll calculations, monitoring, distribution, and posting to appropriate general ledger accounts.
Ø Inventory- Monitor, Reconciliations, Counting and solve the discrepancies if any.
Ø Internal Control – evaluating the internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations.
Ø Inter- Branch Control – Monitor and reconcile Inter-branch/Company Transactions.
Ø Reports – Preparation of varies sales, Costing and other reports.
Ø VAT-related workings and coordination with the consultant for filing.

Ø Will provide by the company.

Ø Ready to shift to Fujairah Emirate.
