Quality & Business Development Manager

Job Duties,
At leaders Center, we are seeking a qualified Quality & Business Development Manager to be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among the company’s sales, marketing, and business development professional through implementing and developing quality processes and monitoring internal procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
Working according to deadlines for the deliveries
Developing quality control processes & identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are always met
Create standards in accordance with business standards and customer expectations
Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the company
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
overseeing a company's marketing programs and projects
Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and business development plans
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience in development strategy including sales, and marketing at least 5 years
Familiar with retail or FMCG quality standards and processes
ISO 9001:2015 certification is advanced
knowledge of the national and international quality standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, and leadership skills
Excellent organizational skills & Project Management Skills
