(Bilingual),
Experience required:
Implementation of ISO 9001 and EFQM,including gap analysis, process definition, implementing ISO 9001 and EFQM for large size organizations such as ministries.
Policies/procedures/templates definition and implementation
SOP definition for all the department in government sector
Conducting required trainings to the organization
Conducting internal audit
Preparing CAPA, and follow to close the NCs.
Preparing team for external audit
Coordinating with for the external audit completed successfully.

Experience:

(Bilingual),
more than 10 years in management consulting and process mapping.
Roles and responsibility:
Project planning and execution
Define and implement the Policies/procedures/templates as per ISO 9001 and EFQM for large size organizations such as ministries.
Leading and managing the end to end implementation including , gap analysis, process definition, implementing ISO 9001 and EFQM for large size organizations such as ministries.
SOP definition in detail
KPI design
Conducting required trainings to the organization
Planning and conducting internal audit
Prepare the internal audit report and follow up for closure of the findings reported during the audit
Coordinating with External agencies and get audit completed successfully
Client management
Facilitation to the team to implement the processes
Facilitate for Management review meetings
Planning and conducting internal audit
EFQM self-assessment
Organizing, managing and facilitating external audits by third-party certification body for ISO 9001 and EFQM
