HEDES group the biggest premium LIGHTING showroom in the world based in Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road searches for experienced and professional SALES TEAM. The ideal candidate should have great sales experience in the Lighting and Interior Design field and have worked in villa, mansion, and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and assist clients to find their perfect solution.
  • Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Work closely with clients to decide which product will work best to meet all their needs.
  • Handle returns of merchandise.
  • Have deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the company's products.
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
  • To ensure maximum customer satisfaction by handling complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • To possess the ability to think quickly to provide creative solutions to issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right lighting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the lighting industry.

المهارات

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business.
  • 6+ years of professional sales experience in the lighting industry.
  • Previous experience in LED lighting products and chandeliers.
  • Ability to converse in Italian or French.
  • Good communication skills and superior customer skills.
  • Generate new business leads, build and develop new client relationships.
  • Schedule meetings with corporate customers to introduce products.
