Candidate side:
- Handing out the relevant paperwork Interviewing candidates.
- General admin duties, including formatting CV’s based on company standards, data input into database
- Advertising jobs on job boards and social media sites.
- Adhering to the company compliance policy.
- Matching the right candidates to the right jobs.
- Update the company database of candidates which we want to expand and keep refresh.
- The key component to this role is to be innovative in sourcing and attracting new candidates within this specific market sectors.
- Using both direct and indirect channels you will be expected to find the best candidates and provide them with information regarding our jobs.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of candidate profiles.
- Deploy creative and effective sourcing strategies.
- Undertake candidate name gathering and lead generation for business development.
- Generating potential new business leads.
- Screen and check suitable candidates.
- Referencing selected candidates.
- Obtaining comprehensive brief of vacancies and ideal candidate profiles.
- Continually building and maintaining knowledge of the MEA region across our verticals.
Client Side:
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships/Leads.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

The position requires effective communication with:
- Daily with team members to support open job search development and progress.
- Daily with MD on progress and achievement.
- Daily interactions with existing and potential candidates.
- Daily interaction with existing and prospect clients.
- Some interaction with external partners and vendors.
- Experience of working with – and solving issues for candidates is essential.
- Other adhoc admin duties set out my management.
- Maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Upkeeping personal grooming and general hygiene.
- Keeping the company information strictly confidential related to client details, names and contacts, including the access information to job sites and portals.
