Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Campus Director and the company the Pedagogical Lead develops and implements an organization-wide pedagogical strategy for the 42 AMMAN program.
- Establish mechanisms and processes in coordination with the Campus Director that ensure we deliver a high-quality program in compliance with 42 requirements. This includes giving developmental feedback to colleagues at all levels on best teaching, coaching, and learning practices.
- Gathering the latest pedagogical developments and updates on the school curriculum from 42 teams in Paris.
Qualifications/ Skills
- Essential – Bachelor's Degree and master’s in computer science
- Essential – A credible and experienced Software Engineer with the professional authority to influence and inspire the younger generations
- Essential – Experience teaching coding in the private sector and conducting Coding Bootcamp
- Essential – Analytical mindset and patience to coach and aspire trainees.
- Essential – Working in teams with creative and innovative spirit.
- Essential – English proficient, Arabic Native
- Desirable – Experience in training adults on IT/Coding and pedagogical practice.
- Desirable – A postgraduate qualification in Education or a cognate subject related to pedagogical approaches (e.g., Psychology).
- Desirable – Experience in building strong positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Desirable – Good experience in Jordan IT sector and able to support building partnerships
- 7 to 8 years experience in Software Engineering and teaching coding in the private sector

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with team members and students
- Proactivity in seeking to enhance processes and identifying emerging risks, solving problems, and suggesting solutions as they arise.
- Ability to spot inefficiencies in school systems and suggest or implement improvements.
