Overview of the role
Overall the role is to assist in the drive In the success of the strategic marketing approach and growth for BLUE and partnership performance for the division. Focused on executing strategies which will maximize the potential of the entire BLUE brand to facilitate YOY growth of partnerships, engagement and downloads delivering an excellent customer experience and position ourselves as one of the market leaders in customer experience. This role will have a view of delivering innovative brand and marketing concepts focused on delivering world class experiences while looking towards “what is next” by challenging existing thinking.
The Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing is responsible for the delivery of digital activities across CRM and possible social, search and display platforms. They will plan and execute the CRM media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams, our specialist will be essential to ensuring that integrated digital strategies are aligned with strengthening customer engagement and delivering profitable revenue growth for Blue across the Al-Futtaim group – with a focus on Retail spend.
What you will do
- Manage the Delivery of end-to-end performance and content marketing campaigns across key digital channels including: CRM, Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter); Display; Paid Search; YouTube Video (Google Ads)
- Communicate within a large corporate environment, ensuring business & Loyalty marketing leaders understand opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning
- Create and execute plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Obtain results in a global, matrix-managed environment
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Present ideas to non-digital & CRM audiences
- Gain support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale
- Maintain and continuously improve customer engagement

Required skills to be successful
- A minimum of two years experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery across key digital channels.
- Experience segmenting audiences and applying them to campaigns.
- Basic SEO knowledge (preferred)
- Proficient in Google Analytics (required)
- Proficient using Facebook Ads and Google Ads dashboards (required)
- Experience using Google Search Console and Google My Business (preferred)
- Creating Pixels and implementation (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel (required)
- Creating digital marketing reports (required)
What equips you for the role
- Professional degree/s in Business and Loyalty marketing. A Master’s degree in Loyalty marketing is preferred
- Experience of working in matrixed environments where influence and collaboration are dominant behaviors for success
- Good understanding of Digital, performance marketing trends in the retail industry
- Ability to work cross marketing & loyalty/matrix teams for enhancing customer engagement
- Effective ability to manage multiple stakeholders with a can-do attitude;
- Ability to see the big picture with an innovative mindset
- Strong attention to detail, proactive and flexible approach with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines
- Ambitious, resilient and driven, with the desire to succeed
- A team player capable of working cross-functionally in a collaborative manner and influence without authority
- Results-orientated, with the ability to drive and deliver the implementation of new ideas
