Human Resources Operations Manager
Role Summary:
We at Bank of Jordan are looking for an ambitious HR Operations Manager to oversee the personnel, payroll, and ER functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees across departments. The HR Operations Manager will serve as the group head of the human resources operations. He/she will be the custodian of the HR Policies and Procedures and will direct and coordinate human resources activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Personnel, Payroll, Time attendance, and Insurance.
- Implement new company policies.
- Set objectives for the HR operations team and track progress based on metrics.
- Manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases.
- Recommend new software to address personnel needs.
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics.
- Manage employee relations and issues.
- Take responsibility for tasks and projects relating to HR Compliance and Risk.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources operations.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- MSc in HR is a plus.
- Team management skills.
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Employment and Labor law.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair bank policies.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
