Job Description:
Ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently
Control day-to-day operations by scheduling staff, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
Manage the financial aspects of the business, such as budgeting, forecasting, and creating financial reports.
Ensure that all employees are properly trained in their roles and responsibilities, and that they adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.
Analyze the operations/ P&L to determine deviations from standards and take corrective measures.

Qualifications:
Open to any European or Western nationals
35 y/o and below
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the similar role
Must have experience working in casual dining restaurant
