الوصف الوظيفي
Job Offer:
- Graphic design, Social media and customer service in HTP Program and telemedicine business.
- Our Customers: Patients, MD Doctors, Clinics, Medical Centers & Hospitals.
- 4 hours/day working online with availability 10 am to 6 pm from Saturday to Thursday.
- First Year Training/ Probation Period , Salary 300 JOD .
- After first year and tenure, increase the salary by 10-20% per year.
- Fluent in English.
Duties:
- Create and design various materials for company brand, logo and app with high quality
- and by using different graphic design softwares.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Run a marketing campaigns with all social media.
- Provide customer service by answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
- Identify where improvement is needed in graphic design, social media, customer service and make suggestions for improvements.
