We're currently looking for a bright and charismatic HR Personal Assistant to join our amazing team in Abu Dhabi, our ideal candidate must be very organized, accurate, and responsible.
Main Responsibilities:
– Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
– Perform administrative duties, such as dealing with correspondence, and phone calls, organizing meetings, appointments & events, and liaising with staff and clients.
– Handle new employees’ onboarding, orientation and coordinating with the PRO to complete all visa-related processes in a timely manner.
– Assist with recruitment activities such as coordinating the communication with candidates and scheduling interviews.
– Assist in offboarding processes of leaving employees.
– Responsible for maintaining employee records and documents (hard and soft copies) and updating information on the HRIS.
– Prepare employees' official letters and certificates.
– Play an active part in the implementation and development of the HR department's plan.
– Prepare accurate reports and collect and manage all data required for KPIs.
– Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager in response to business requirements and HR initiatives.
المهارات
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 -3 years of proven work experience as an HR assistant or similar role.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field is preferred.
– Fluency in the English language.
– Knowledge in the UAE Labor law.
– Highly organized.
– Strong follow-up and Time-management skills.
– Strong Work Ethics and Excellent organizational skills.
