الوصف الوظيفي

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming, hosting and assisting guests
  • Assisting MD with any administrative and office support, such as maintenance of filing system and employee database, maintain emails related to visa processes and action on it accordingly.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Manage personal scheduling for high management including calls, travel-related activities, hotel booking and other company logistics
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, deliveries etc.)
  • Coordinate with building management company regarding work and delivery permits.
  • Communicate with any third-party companies on behalf of the company if required
  • Rack daily expenses and keeping up with office supply inventory

Working hours

8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday

8:30am to 1:00pm Saturday

Sundays off

Qualifications:

  • Great Personal Presentation
  • Microsoft Office literate – Especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Very good language skills (fluent in English, Russian speakers will be prioritised)
  • Eye for detail
