Position Title: Sous Chef

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A luxury golf resort in Dubai

Job Description:

• Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
• Managing and delegating tasks to kitchen staff
• Ensuring high-quality food and presentation while maintaining cost controls and inventory management
• Recruiting and training kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment and the ability to work well under pressure

المهارات

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian nationals
• At least 3 years of UAE experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel
• Must have multi-cuisine experience
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
