Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring they are optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a strong community.
  • Analyze social media data to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to ensure the organization's social media activities remain relevant and effective.
  • Work with external partners, such as social media influencers, to amplify the organization's social media reach.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, ensuring they are targeted and effective.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer.
  • Experience in social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Background in SEO.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
