Production and Lean Engineer
Responsibilities
- You will review & update SWI (standard work instructions) and ensure lines are running accordingly, solve & report any deviations.
- You will monitor & develop employees' performance and skills matrix according to management directions and be the first contact person to solve employees' issues & requests.
- You shall ensure all LEAN activities are carried out according to the LEAN road map, challenges & continuously improve the operations & process.
- You should lead the daily, weekly & monthly review of production KPIs and actions plans, review the daily production reports to ensure error-free reporting.
- You will liaise with production manager and / or with other departments to ensure resources (Machines, Labor, Material) are available on time for shift leaders to produce as planned.
Qualifications
- You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar field.
- You are holding a bachelor's in engineering degree, preferable Industrial or Mechanical engineering.
- You have knowledge of Production Procedures
- You can manage production operators and operational issues.
- You Have strong LEAN knowledge (TCD, 5S, LPMS, Kanabn)
- Experience in plastics production / injection molding is a plus.
- Green Belt is a plus
