We are an Unlimited Media Company in Dubai UAE we are looking for a high-performing Human Resources Officer To oversee all of our Human Resources operations and procedures. Your main responsibilities will include developing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and recruiting new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education. Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- ·Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
- Implements, maintains and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- ·Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- ·Develop Strategic HR plans and Policies
- ·Maintain employee records and protects operations by keeping HR information confidential.
- ·Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Complying with other HR-related tasks requested by the Manager and Managing Directors’ Requirements
- Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Experienced in Visa, License, and other Legal documentation and processes.
- Responsible for employee contract management, policy interpretation, performance management, new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee relations
- ·A minimum of 4 years of HR-related experience
- ·A high degree of computer literacy (MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Well-developed organizational skills and excellent time management.

- University Degree/Diploma – preference is given to Human Resources or business-related degrees /
- 4 years of UAE experience in Human Resources
