Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible in the formulation of digital & social media strategies to build lasting digital connection with consumers by planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts and conducting various digital marketing campaigns to promote company’s products & services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Formulate and design digital marketing strategy in line with brand strategies and guidelines.
· Manage all digital marketing channels in line with the digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness of all relevant brands.
· Manage and handle internal digital marketing team to achieve specific company objectives to increase brand engagements and conversions.
· Review, negotiate and manage contracts & maintain partnerships with media agencies & vendors to improve consumer experience.
· Plan and implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media Accounts, Email, Websites, E-Commerce Projects, etc.).
· Handle and manage Website Quality Assurance as well as Testing (back-end & front-end).
· Review and approve the content created for publishing onto various digital platforms.
· Manage social media marketing campaigns, digital advertising campaigns, SEO campaigns etc.
· Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and direct the Team to develop optimization plans to manage and improve online contents, SEO & Google Analytics.
· Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and train the Team.
· Must be creative and come up with various innovative ideas to exhibit good digital presence for the Company and its brands.
· Handle new projects and work closely with business units / business partners on branding through digital marketing activities as and when assigned.
· Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, budget spent and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Strongly analyze end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
· Identifies critical conversion points or any drop off points and optimize the online user channels.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills Required:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing or Mass Communication or IT or relevant field. Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in digital marketing field with digital concepts and best practices, in which 3 to 4 years Managerial experience is required. Must have managed digital marketing team with expertise in overseeing B2B social media, Google AdWords/ SEO / SEM and Web Analytics Tools. Sound IT knowledge to work on Website/ E-Commerce back end would be preferred.
