Overview of the role:
process analyst to join our team. You will be meeting with internal stakeholders to identify and discuss key business areas and processes that require new designs or improvement.
Subsequent duties include analyzing existing processes, interviewing staff, gathering data, and creating new business processes in line with business expectations
What you will do:
• Meeting with stakeholders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
• Conducting site visits to analyze current and established processes.
• Interviewing staff and management to determine the process efficacy.
• Designing process maps and process strategies to improve business performance.
• Analyzing and reviewing as-is, to-be process models on a regular basis, as per any audit requirements.
• Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
• Monitoring the efficacy of updated processes.
• Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
