ASP.net web developer with 2-4 years of experience, and well-versed hands-on with the latest development tools, responsible for software development and delivery on Microsoft .NET Platform. This position is opened for an experienced developer with solid technical knowledge. The person applying for this position must have proven experience in project management, team coordination, and hands-on experience with the required technology.

Professional Experience:

Proven experience with Microsoft.NET based project management.
Proven experience with team management.
Knowledge of development standards and methodologies.
Previous experience as a Software Developer.
Complete control over SDLC (Waterfall, Agile and Scrum).
Documentation and Reporting process(Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.) .
Ability to organize work independently.
Ability to identify priorities and work according to them.
Ability to deliver precise results on time
Should be a good people manager with an aggressive approach towards project management |
Should be a great trouble shooter in providing direction to the team in challenging situations

Skills Required:

Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
Create technical specifications and test plans

Technical Skills:

Software Tools/Skills: Visual Studio
Web skills: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, WCF, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, AJAX, XML, IIS, Cascading Style sheets.
Services: Web Service, WCF Service and Windows Services
Windows: WPF, WinForms
Databases: SQL Server
Design Tools/Skills: Use case diagrams, Class diagrams using UML.
Reports: SQL Server Reporting Services
Charting Tools: Microsoft chart controls
Source Control: Team Foundation Server (TFS)

NOTE: Candidates preferable

Having experience on any third-party controls like Telerik, and other DevOps are preferable
Shall have good command over OOPS concepts
Advantage over having experience in access control, Time & Attendance, and biometric devices
