About us:

We expand our business and are opening a full-service dog training facility in Dubai.

Our mission is to improve the relationship between our clients and their dogs, and create a better environment for their families, communities, and others around them.

We cater for all types, sizes and natures of dogs and specialize in boarding, training, and rehabilitation for dogs with special needs.

We are a fun and diverse team of people who love animals!

Our trainers, dog handlers, cleaners and office staff all work together to create a safe environment for the dogs that are training with us.

Working as a Dog Training Supervisor:

Our Dog Trainers are the backbone of the organization.

Trainers work with a large variety of dogs everyday in a fast-paced environment, learning our renowned training techniques, cooperating as a team to accomplish training goals, and assisting in the care of the dogs.

If you would love working with dogs in the beautiful outdoors, this is the job for you!

The Dog Training Supervisor coordinates our team to accomplish the training goals for each day efficiently.

We are looking for somebody with animal-sense and leadership skills to help lead our training team.

Previous experience working with animals is a plus, but is not required, as we are happy to train the right person.

Professional experience as a leader is also not required, if your leadership skills come from other places.

Duties:

Working with a team to train dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments
Coordinating a team of dog trainers to manage the tasks for each day
Assisting with the care of the dogs
Speaking to clients regarding their dog’s training
Working with clients to enable them to continue training at home
Keep all processes smooth and running

EDUCATION AND PRE-REQUISITES

Must be very comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments
Motivation to lead an effective team
Desire to create a positive working environment
Ability to work well with others as a team
Ability to work and lead efficiently without direct supervision
Great communication and English skills
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible schedule – available to work in shift and at the weekend
Have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Preferred:

Previous experience working with dogs, but will happily train the right person.
Previous management or supervising experience, but will accept leadership skills wherever they come from.
