- Experienced in business management of large-scale villa projects, able to complete:
- 1.Cross checking the provided quantities and missing items in the BOQ；
- 2.Resolving issues with respect to Drawings with Site Engineers and Consultant；
- 3.Coordinating with Consultant with Design Issues with respect to site conditions；
- 4.Handling multiple projects in the same time with set targets；
- 5.Evaluate tenders/cost, manage contracts and advise project team on contractual matter，etc.
