Personal Secretary to Managing Partner

الوصف الوظيفي

Schedule meetings and manage calendars.

Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings. Keeps and distributes minutes of meetings.

Run errands as requested & assist with daily time management.

Plan travel, including flights, ground transportation & a full trip schedule.

Coordinate events and speaking engagements.

Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Supports the client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination etc.

Functions as a spokesperson for the client in asked matters.

Conserve Managing Partner time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications.

Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.

Prior to meetings, prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greets clients and customers (Virtual/Person)

Track and evaluate the efficiency of procurement processes.

المهارات

Proven work experience as a personal assistant.

Knowledge of secretarial management systems and procedures.

MS Office and English proficiency.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Stay up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Discretion and confidentiality are maintained.

Graduate or Postgraduate may apply for the job.

One to two years of experience is a must.
