Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and budgets
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure timely and effective communication among stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Monitor project progress and make recommendations to adjust project plans as needed
  • Support the development and implementation of project management processes and methodologies
  • Provide technical and functional support to project teams and stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project delivery processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, project management)
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office product suite (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Fair technical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
