JOB SUMMARY:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Organize and take part in interview procedures as required
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Review and verify new hired staff personal files and file them
  • Follow up on new hire reference check
  • Support in the overall recruitment process

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar or related
  • Meet deadlines, calm under pressure, strong on follow up, welling to learn
  • Minimum bachelor degree in business, social sciences or any related field
  • V. Good English language skills
