Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for content writing on the website and other sales platforms.
- Searching for the photos and media in web, arranging existing photos, monitoring the media presence on the website.
- Website testing and monitoring day to day activity.
- Developing a calendar for promotions and newsletters.
- Maximizing the conversions with e-mail campaigns.
- Perform data analysis and searching for new sales channels.
- Working on multiple platforms like: Noon, Amazon, Carrefour, Instagram making listings and tracking the orders, returns, refunds, pricing and overall progress.
- Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites, perform tests and assist in all website conversation and recommend improvements in strategies to increase customer retention and* design site content. *
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Contact technical support for solutions.
- Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
- Superb data analysis and report writing abilities.
المهارات
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as e-commerce executive.
- Experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Hands on experience in various e-commerce platforms such as Noon, Amazon, etc.
- Experience in content creation.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Excellent writing and creativity skills
- Must be Arabic speaking and Writing.
