Structural Engineer approved for unlimited buildings in Dubai Municipality / Sharjah Municipality

• Design and oversee the construction of buildings in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
• Ensure that buildings comply with all relevant regulations and standards
• Conduct site inspections and analyze data to ensure that the building is structurally sound
• Prepare reports on the structural integrity of the building
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the building is constructed to specifications
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

المهارات

• Based in UAE.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Approved for unlimited buildings in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
• Strong knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and standards in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate the work of various professionals and tradespeople
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
