Structural Engineer approved for unlimited buildings in Dubai Municipality / Sharjah Municipality
- Design and oversee the construction of buildings in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
- Ensure that buildings comply with all relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct site inspections and analyze data to ensure that the building is structurally sound
- Prepare reports on the structural integrity of the building
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the building is constructed to specifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
المهارات
- Based in UAE.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Approved for unlimited buildings in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and standards in Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate the work of various professionals and tradespeople
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
