Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a newly established digital out-of-home operator company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager to increase the sales of their innovative, and creative digital out-of-home advertising (DOOH) projects in Dubai.

<br />- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
<br />- Conducting research on potential clients' products or services and determining the geographic location of the majority of their target customers.
<br />- Setting up meetings with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns.
<br />- Assisting the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans.
<br />- Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
<br />- Persuading clients to purchase company advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising.
<br />- Providing recommendations on suitable formats, advertising mediums, and font sizes.
<br />- Preparing sample advertisements for clients.

<br />Requirements
<br />- 5+ years of experience in the outdoor advertising industry (outdoor advertising sales) in Dubai.
<br />- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in digital OOH advertising
<br />- Excellent knowledge of local advertising agencies and international network advertising agencies in the UAE.
<br />- Strong connections and a history of business relationships with clients (local, International) in Dubai
<br />- Ability to work in a sales team of an outdoor advertising agency
<br />- Responsible for the current activities of their own projects and their development
<br />- Customer orientation
<br />- Fluent in English and Arabic
