Quest Search & Selection have partnered with a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business objectivesPlan and oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns, events, and promotionsConduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends and customer needsCollaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and contentManage the company's brand image and develop marketing campaignsDevelop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and activitiesMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as neededBuild and maintain relationships with media outlets and partnersDevelop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Retail, Marketing Agency or FMCG/FMCD backgroundProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaignsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisionsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with offline & digital marketing tools and platforms
