NRS Relief is seeking to welcome an Account Executive to support the growth and development of our global projects and managing the existing accounts, identifying and establishing new sales channels within the assigned territory for the entire product portfolio of the company

You will be responsible for:

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner and Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Maintain client relationships by managing their accounts and helping them achieve their long-term and short-term goals while contributing to the company's goals as well.
  • Identify gatekeepers and decision makers in key client organizations and build and maintain strong relationship with them
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customers in the region.
  • Managing existing clients and provide timely support with commercial offers and logistics solutions.
  • Sourcing, selecting, and submitting new tenders.
  • Manage and follow up on tenders and enquiries, bid preparation, pricing and contractual negotiations.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the industry, competitors, and the need for new products/ services.
  • Working with the Sales Support Team to address client inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, logistics, deliveries, and payment collection.
  • Identifying and attend relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Managing ongoing business accounts, whilst building new relationships

المهارات

  • A university degree in business studies is preferred.
  • A Minimum of 3 year’s related experience.
  • Experience in the Humanitarian Aid Sector is preferred, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Proven track record of winning new business.
  • Articulate, confident communicator and presenter.
  • Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative.
  • Dynamic, goal-achiever and solution-oriented individual.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate with confidence to approach people at all levels.
  • Proven IT Skills and ability to adapt to new technology. Advanced skills for Microsoft office.
  • Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills including ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Working knowledge (proficient – level C) of English is required and limited knowledge (intermediate – level B) of French is preferred.
