Position: Operational-Logistic Supervisor
The main objective of the job:
The Logistic Supervisor will be responsible for managing the Logistics tasks for two refugee camps in Za’atari and Azraq, providing maintenance and logistics supplies in addition to planning for transportation for school students.

Required Competencies:
(Fluent) English and Arabic proficiency for both oral and written communication is required.
Minimum of (7) years of progressively responsible and relevant professional experience in logistics and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Logistics Management, Engineering, and any related field.
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships and coordinate all areas of responsibility with the organization’s staff.
Excellent computer skills in specialized software, including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven working experience as Logistics supervisor, procurement officer or head of procurement Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
Negotiations and networking skills.
Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proactive problem solving
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure
Develops and encourages new and innovative solutions
