MetLife is looking for Unit Managers (Sales team Managers).

The Main responsibilities are:

• Developing business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensure attainment of
• Unit sales goals and quality of sales.
• Recruiting a motivated sales team.
• Managing the performance and development of the Sales Team.
• Preparing individual action plans for each team member and the overall team action
• plan to effectively search for sales leads and prospects.
• Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Candidates for this position should:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Carry sales experience with financial services companies of at least 2 years with a proven sales record

Skills needed:

• Good communication and social networking abilities.
• Microsoft Office.
