Our growing company in the Aerosols & Cosmetics industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing plant in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process for our aerosols and cosmetics products, ensuring that they are produced to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Ensure that all production processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes, ensuring that they are followed consistently by all staff.
Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement in order to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Ensure that all equipment and machinery are well-maintained and serviced regularly, and coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies, and work to continuously improve safety procedures and practices.
Collaborate with other departments, including R&D, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure that production processes are aligned with company goals and strategies.
Manage budgetary responsibilities for the production plant, including the optimization of resources, control of operating costs, and identification of opportunities to reduce expenses.

المهارات

.A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the cosmetics or aerosols industry.
Experience in managing a manufacturing plant and leading a team of production staff.
Strong understanding of production processes and techniques, including knowledge of aerosol production.
Experience with quality control processes, including implementation of SOPs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
A commitment to quality and continuous improvement, with a focus on driving efficiencies and reducing waste.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team to achieve business objectives.
